This is a very specific Convention - bigger than any County Convention, smaller than the State Convention. Main points:

1. Elect Delegates (3) to the National Convention

2. Elect Alternates (3) to the National Convention

3. Elect Electors to the Electoral College (3)

4. There are no Platform debates or changes made or approved here

5. There is a Credentials Committee just like the County Convention

6. The Rules Committee only prepares a proposed set of Rules of the Convention, not chanages to the Rules of the Republican Party.

Delegates to this Convention are elected at their various County Conventions. Visitors are welcome but cannot vote or participate (unless they are an invited Guest Speaker).
